I stayed at their latest hotel Sunshine 3 hotel. It is located in the Old Quarter and in terms of location in the Ma May Street, it is hard to beat.
You will find the original hotel & sunshine 2 along the same street. the big plus is the free internet in the room. For a cheap rate of $25 a night ( I guess lower during the low season) you get your own flat screen LCD computer with high speed internet.
The room is well sized and quiet although there are no elevators or lifts.

This hotel is by no means palatial, but the rooms here are generally much bigger than many of its contemporaries in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Add that to the location and friendly service and it's a very good option if you're watching your dong (or even if you just want a cheap room).
The larger rooms come with grey vinyl comfy chairs, bright blankets and the heavily carved wooden furniture, which is seemingly a motif of Vietnamese budget hotels. More important is the space - standard rooms have a double and a single bed, and, for a bit extra, families can have a double bed, two singles, a huge bathroom and two balconies. Unusually in this price range, only one of the 20 rooms comes without a window.
